Vous y découvrez Ville-Marie et les débuts de la colonie, ainsi que la vie et l'ouvre de Marguerite Bourgeoys, première éducatrice et première travailleuse sociale de Montréal. La Chapelle Notre-Dame-de-Bon-Secours, qui fait partie du Musée, relate trois siècles d'histoire. Sa crypte, à l'aide de vestiges et d'objets anciens, illustre bien l'évolution du site - avec ses différentes chapelles. La Salle des découvertes contient des trésors et des objets insolites tirés du site archéologique. À visiter également, la galerie, la tour et le belvédère, ainsi que différentes salles, qui présentent la vie et l'ouvre de Marguerite Bourgeoys, fondatrice de la Congrégation de Notre-Dame. The Musée Marguerite-Bourgeoys takes you back to the Montréal of yore. You'll discover Ville-Marie and the early days of the colony, as well as the life and work of Marguerite Bourgeoys, Montréal's first schoolmistress and social worker. The Notre Dame-de-Bon-Secours Chapel, which is part of the museum, recounts three centuries of history. Visit its crypt-replete with archaeological ruins and artifacts-and you'll see how the site has evolved, along with its different chapels. The discovery room holds treasures and unusual objects found at the archaeological site. Equally interesting are the gallery, the observation tower and the belvedere, as well as the different rooms that present the life and work of Marguerite Bourgeoys, founder of the Congrégation de Notre-Dame. |
